摘要
通过扣式电池平台,研究了NCM111体系下不同导电剂种类(炭黑SP/Ks-6、碳纳米管CNT、碳纳米管与石墨烯CNT/Gra=2/1、纯石墨烯Gra)、CNT管径(5、10、40、100 nm)及含量(1.0%、2.0%、5.0%)对电化学性能的影响。结果表明,低导电剂含量(2.0%)时,CNT具有最优电化学性能,1 C放电比容量165.8 m Ah/g,且50周循环后容量保持率达到82.9%;低管径(5 nm)的CNT具有更好的倍率性能,能分散均匀形成良好的导电网络,且3 C倍率下容量保持率为85.6%。
The effect of four different conductive agent(SP/Ks-6,CNT,CNT/Gra = 2/1, pure Gra), the diameter of CNT(5, 10, 40, 100 nm), and the content of CNT(1.0%、2.0%、5.0%) on electrical performance for NCM111 system was studied by button batteries platform.The results show that CNT has the best electrochemical performance under low conductive agent content(2.0%), the discharge capacity is 165.8 mAh/g at 1 C and the capacity retention rate reaches 82.9% after 50 cycles; CNT has a better rate performance with low diameter(5 nm),which it disperses uniformly and forms a good conductive network, and the capacity retention rate is 85.6% at 3 C.
