摘要
提出了一种在不影响直流系统正常运行情况下基于负荷电流放电法的蓄电池组容量预估方法,实现对蓄电池容量及运行状况在线评估。通过对大量蓄电池放电数据分析筛查,拟合出电压下降速率和电压值的对应关系表,提出了基于蓄电池短时放电法的蓄电池容量预估递推法,并据此开发了蓄电池在线容量和性能测试装置,给出了硬件实现方案及软件框图。通过变电站应用证明了该方法的可行性,对蓄电池的科学化管理维护具有良好的工程实用价值。
A method of battery capacity predict by using load current is proposed, with no affect on the normal operation of DC system, achieves on-line state evaluation and provides reliable technical means for battery state maintenance. Through the analysis and screening of a large number of battery discharge data, the corresponding relation table of voltage drop rate and battery voltage value is fitted out. The battery capacity forecast recursive process is given based on the battery short discharge method, and further the hardware scheme and software flow diagram is designed. Application case has proved its feasibility and significant engineering practicability for battery scientific management.
