在当今城市中,居住环境是一项极为重要的社会问题,对居住片区的居住适宜性评价研究,有助于提升居民的居住质量.通过深圳市典型片区实地调研及分析,选取主要影响因子构建居住适宜性评价体系,根据评价体系的指标设计问卷调查采集居民的反馈数据,以层次分析法(AHP)为基础,进行典型片区的居住适宜性评价.典型片区居住适宜性的研究不仅能够为政府规划、房地产开发和公共设施建设等方面提供参考,同时,通过分析典型片区居住适宜性的影响因素,也为居民居住选择、居住条件改善提供依据.

Residential environment in modern city is a very important social problems and residential.Suitability evaluation research plays an important role in evaluating and improving the living quality of residents.Based on investigation,some factors were chosen and residential suitability evaluation system was constructed.According to the feedback data collected by residents and the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,evaluate the residential suitability of typical area in Shenzhen.The residential suitability results can not only provide the reference for the government planning,real estate development and public facilities construction,but also provide a basis for choice of residents living,living conditions improve.
