Common fault phenomena include high system temperature,insufficient pressure,abnormal noise,etc.Huangpuyong Sluice is adopted as an example in the paper for discussing methods of preventing hydraulic hoist system faults and ensuring normal operation of hydraulic hoist system from two perspectives of maintenance check of sluice hydraulic hoist system and maintenance replacement of hydraulic oil. The method can provide reference for other similar projects.
