完全植入式输液港在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果

Application Effect of Completely Implanted Transfusion Port in Tumor Chemotherapy Patients

目的:探析完全植入式输液港在肿瘤化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:抽取2016年2月-2017年10月笔者所在医院肿瘤患者42例作为观察组,采用完全植入式输液港治疗;同期抽取笔者所在医院肿瘤患者42例作为对照组,采用外周置入中心静脉导管,进行比较分析。结果:观察组静脉置管一次穿刺成功率显著高于对照组,观察组的术后并发症发生率显著低于对照组,观察组患者及家属的满意程度显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用完全植入式输液港的观察组一次穿刺成功率、术后并发症的发生情况、患者及患者家属满意程度均显著优于采用外周置入中心静脉导管的对照组,完全植入式输液港可提高肿瘤化疗患者的生活质量,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the effect of fully implantable infusion port in patients with tumor chemotherapy.Method：Forty-two patients with cancer admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to October 2017 were selected as the observation group and received complete implantation of transfusion port.Forty-two patients with tumor in our hospital were selected as the control group and received the peripheral insertion center venous catheters,the two groups were compared for analysis.Result：The successful rate of single puncture in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group.The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.The satisfaction of patients and their families in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The success rate of primary puncture and the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group with totally implantable port are significantly better than those in the control group with central venous catheter in peripheral implantation and complete implantation transfusion port can improve the quality of life of patients with cancer chemotherapy,it is worth promoting the clinical application.
