摘要
目的建立一种适用于实验室简便快速、同时测定不同豆水比豆浆中钙镁的方法。方法采用原子吸收光谱法同时测定不同豆水比豆浆中的钙镁,并对样品前处理条件进行优化,以及对方法的线性、精密度、稳定性、灵敏度、检出限和加标回收率进行了考察。结果消化酸高氯酸(HCLO_4)∶浓硝酸(HNO_3)=1∶4,用量15mL,消化时间40min时,钙的检出限Dc=0.122μg/mL,镁的检出限Dc=0.010μg/mL,加标回收率在104.10%~113.40%。结论该方法操作简单、快速、灵敏度高、准确度好,能够满足实验室对于豆浆样品中钙镁元素的同时测定。
Objective To establish a simple and rapid method for the determination of calcium and magnesium in soybean milk with different water ratio. Methods Atomic absorption spectrometry was used to simultaneously determine calcium and magnesium in different ratio of soy/water to soybean milk,the sample pretreatment conditions was optimized. The linearity,precision,stability,sensitivity,detection limit,and recovery of spiked samples were investigated. Results It showed that HCl O4∶ HNO3 was 1 ∶ 4,the volume and time were 15 mL and 40 min,respectively. The detection limit of Calcium and Magnesium were 0. 122μg/mL and 0. 010μg/mL,respectively,the standard recovery rates were 109. 20% and 107. 70%,respectively. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid,sensitive,and accurate,and can meet the laboratory's simultaneous determination of calcium and magnesium in soymilk samples.
