2017年北京市昌平区健康人群水痘——带状疱疹病毒抗体水平监测

Antibody levels against varicella-zoster virus in a healthy population in Changping District,Beijing(2017)

目的为了解北京市昌平区健康人群水痘-带状疱疹病毒抗体水平。方法采取单纯随机抽样方法对360名健康人群采集血标本,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)对血清进行水痘IgG抗体检测。结果昌平区健康人群水痘抗体阳性率为66.11%,抗体几何平均滴度(Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC)为1 018.81mIU/mL。不同年龄组水痘抗体阳性率和GMC差异均有统计学意义,≤14岁儿童抗体阳性率为37.50%,GMC为313.68m IU/mL。不同性别、户籍人群间水痘抗体水平差异均无统计学意义。水痘疫苗不同接种剂次、末剂接种后不同时间的水痘抗体阳性率和GMC差异均有统计学意义。结论昌平区健康人群不同年龄组水痘抗体阳性率和GMC差距较大,≤14岁较低。推荐儿童接种2剂次水痘疫苗,以减少水痘发病。

Objective To determine antibody levels of varicella-zoster virus among a healthy population in Beijing Changping District. Methods By adopting the method of simple random sampling of 360 healthy people blood samples for detection of varicella Ig G antibody by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay（ ELISA）. Results Changping district healthy population varicella antibody positive rate was 66. 11%,antibody geometric average drop degrees（ Geometric Mean Concentration,GMC） was 1 018. 81 m IU/m L.Varicella antibody positive rate of different age groups and GMC had significant difference,Acuities were 14 years old children antibody positive rate was 37. 50%,GMC was 313. 68 m IU/m L. Different gender,household registration chickenpox antibody level were no significant difference between groups. Chickenpox vaccine inoculation agent,agent at the end of the different time after inoculation rate of positive of antibody of chickenpox and GMC had significant difference. Only chicken pox disease history and only rate of positive of antibody of chickenpox varicella vaccine immunization history people and GMC had significant difference. Conclusion Rate of positive of antibody of healthy people of different age groups chickenpox and GMC differ greatly in Changping District,14 years old or less was lower. Recommended children 2 doses of chickenpox vaccine,in order to reduce the chicken pox disease.
