摘要
Skyline系列软件在三维浏览、分析、应用和开发方面有强大功能。以Skyline软件为开发平台,以三维基础地理信息数据为支撑,构建地震应急三维地理信息系统,并以实例展示了该系统的功能特点。
The Skyline Series Software has powerful functions of 3 D browse,analysis and development. Based upon the 3 D fundamental geographic information,this paper describes the process of building the 3 D Geographic Information System for earthquake emergency response by using the developing platform of Skyline Software. The functions and characteristics of this system are also shown with valid use cases.
