摘要
以某两层错层砌体结构建筑为例,基于PKPM软件,利用控制变量的思路,探讨了抗震鉴定中错层建模方法不同时对鉴定计算结果的影响。计算得到:错层高度较大的建筑,若利用升降楼板的方式建模将会使计算结果偏于不安全。另外讨论了错层高度与墙体地震剪力设计值之间的关系。
A 2-level masonry structure is taken as example to analysis the difference between 2 way of modeling split-level structures in seismic appraisal. The calculation is based on PKPM. The result shows that for higher split level buildings,if a floor-subsidence model is used,it may cause a more danger result in calculation. Furthermore,the relation between seismic shear design value and the height of split level is discussed.
