仿钢及玄武岩纤维不同组合对再生混凝土基本力学性能影响 被引量:2

The effect of different combinations of steel and basalt fiber on the basic mechanical properties of recycled concrete

摘要 为了研究仿钢纤维和玄武岩纤维对再生混凝土基本力学性能的影响,通过改变纤维的不同组合,进行了混凝土的抗压强度、劈裂抗拉强度以及弹性模量试验。结果表明:纤维的掺入对抗压强度影响不大,能够明显提高再生混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度,同时拉压比也有所提高,使再生混凝土的脆性减小,韧性增大。其中玄武岩纤维掺量0.1%,仿钢纤维掺量均为0.3%时增强效果较为明显。 In order to study the imitation of basalt fiber and fiber influence on basic mechanical properties of recycled concrete,through changing the different combination of fiber,has carried on the concrete compressive strength,splitting tensile strength and modulus of elasticity test. Results show that fiber mixed with counter pressure strength effect is not big,that can obviously improve the recycled concrete splitting tensile strength,tension and compression ratio is improved at the same time,reduce the brittleness recycled concrete,toughness increased. Among them,the effect was obvious when the fiber content of basalt fiber was 0. 1%,and the steel fiber content was 0. 3%.
