超大直径顶管管材吊装设备研究与应用

摘要 针对上海市污水治理白龙港片区南线输送干线完善工程中大直径顶管管材的吊装难题,设计了一套专用吊装翻管吊具,由横担式吊架、吊索、吊臂动力端和吊臂被动端组成。并构建三维有限元计算模型,对主动臂横梁、被动臂、被动端支撑轴、主动端支撑轴、被动臂调节轴等关键部位进行CAE分析,验证了设计方案的可行性,解决了现场大直径混凝土管片的起吊翻转问题。 In order to solve the lifting problem of the conveying engineering of Shanghai Bailonggang Area South Line transmission line to improve the project,a special hoisting pipe overhauling device was designed,with the cross-arm hanger,sling,the power end of the boom and the passive end of the boom. The three-dimensional finite element calculation model is also used to perform CAE analysis on key parts such as the active arm crossbeam,passive arm,passive end support shaft,active end support shaft,passive arm adjustment shaft,etc.,which verifies the feasibility of the design scheme and solves the large diameter of the site. Lifting and overturning of concrete segments.
