穴位注射配合电针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的效果分析

Clinical Effect of Acupoint Injection Combined with Electro-Acupuncture Treating LDH

目的:探讨穴位注射配合电针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床效果。方法:选取我院接受治疗的100例腰椎间盘突出症患者作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各50例。对照组给予单纯穴位注射治疗,研究组在此基础上配合电针刺激疗法。比较两组的VAS评分、ODI评分、JOA腰椎评分及改善率。结果:治疗结束后研究组VAS评分、ODI评分均较对照组下降明显(P<0.05);两组JOA腰椎各部分评分及总分均有所升高,研究组较对照组升高明显(P<0.05);研究组改善率为(64.85±4.48)%,对照组为(35.75±3.53)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用穴位注射配合电针疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症镇痛效果更加明显,功能改善情况更好,值得临床推广。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of acupoint injection combined with electro-acupuncture on lumbar disc herniation（ LDH）.Methods： 100 LDH patients were randomly divided into the control group（ n = 50） and the study group（ n = 50）.The control group was only treated with acupoint injection; on which basis,the study group was also treated with electro-acupuncture.Scores of VAS,ODI,JOA,as well as the improvement rate were compared between the two groups.Results： After the treatment,the scores of VAS and ODI were decreased more in the study group compared to those in the control group（ P〈0.05）.The scores of JOA of every lumbar parts and the total JOA score were increased more in the study group than those in the control group（ P 0.05）.The improvement rate was（ 64.85 ± 4.48） % in the study group,which was significantly higher than（ 35.75 ± 3.53） % in the control group（ P 0.05）.Conclusion： The therapy of acupoint injection combined with electro-acupuncture has more obvious analgesic effect on LDH,with better functional improvement.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
