中医外治法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of External TCM Treatment for Simple Obesity of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Stagnation

目的:概述近10年来中医外治法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床研究进展,为临床采用中医外治法治疗本病提供思路。方法:以"单纯性肥胖""脾虚湿阻""针刺"等为关键词,检索2007—2017年中国知网、万方、维普等数据库的相关文献,并进行文献的筛选整理和归纳,系统综述近10年来中医外治法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖的临床研究进展。结果:在临床应用中以针刺、电针、艾灸、埋线疗法居多,且疗效明显。穴位贴敷、耳穴、拔罐等治疗在实际的临床运用中大多作为针刺、电针、艾灸或埋线减肥的辅助治疗方法。结论:中医外治方法治疗脾虚湿阻型单纯性肥胖具有疗效显著、安全性高、副作用小的特点,值得在临床进一步推广。

Objective： To summarize the clinical research progress of external TCM treatment for simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation,thus to provide treatment ideas for this kind disease.Methods：Simple obesity,spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation,and acupuncture were taken as the key words to retrieve relevant literature from CNKI,Wan-Fang and VIP databases in 2007-2017,the included literature was sorted and summarized.This study systematically reviewed the clinical research progress of external TCM treatment for simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation in recent 10 years.Results： Therapies of acupuncture,moxibustion and point catgut embedding were widely applied in the clinical application,which had better clinical curative effects.The treatment of acupoint application,auricular needling and cupping were often used as the assistant therapy for body acupuncture,moxibustion or point catgut embedding.Conclusion：External TCM treatment has remarkable curative effect on simple obesity of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation,with its high safety and less side effect,which is worth further promoting in clinic.
