摘要
以特戊酸和无水乙醇为原料,在浓硫酸的催化下,回流反应5 h进行酯化反应,反应液经过水洗、碱洗、水洗、干燥、蒸馏,得到特戊酸乙酯,产率53.9%。该合成方法操作简单,适合工业化生产。
Ethyl pivalate was synthesized from pivalic acid and anhydrous ethanol by using concentrated sulfuric acid as catalyst,reacting for 5 h,through water-washing,alkali wash,water-washing,drying and atmospheric distillation. The yield of reaction was 53.9%. The process is simple and suitable for industrial production.
