氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法快速测定化探样品中的砷、锑 被引量:1

摘要 用1∶1王水分解样品后,在同一份溶液中采用氢化物原子荧光光谱法连续测定砷、锑。试验了用固体预还原剂代替还原剂溶液进行预还原的方法,测定结果的相对标准偏差(RSD,n=11)为0.79%~4.26%,回收率为94.00%~103.10%。结果表明,本方法简便,成本低,检测准确,可用于大批量地球化学样品生产分析。 Continuous determination of As and Sb in geochemical sample in the same solution by hydride atomic fluorescence spectrometry was researched. The sample was dissolved with aqua regia(1∶1). Solid pre-reducing agent was used instead of the reducing agent. The relative standard deviation(RSD,n=11)is between 0.79% and 4.26% and the recovery was in the range of 94.00% and 103.10%.The results show that the method is simple,and is of low cost and accurate detection,which can be used in the analysis of large quantities of geochemical samples.
