摘要
参照船厂单臂架钢丝绳变幅门座起重机,设计开发了一种臂架可放倒至地面的齿条刚性变幅单臂架门座起重机。在无需加大变幅机构和起升机构功率,无需对变幅机构和起升机构作特别修改的前提下,设计一种专用起升钢丝绳冲顶装置,很好地利用起升钢丝绳的冲顶功能,通过起升钢丝绳拉起臂架,从而使起升机构代替变幅机构实现臂架放倒至地面,实现臂架头部滑轮的快速维修,提高港口码头的生产率,同时充分论证了该方案的可行性与可操作性。
A rigid rack luffing single-boom portal crane with boom lowered down is designed and developed with reference to single-boom wire rope luffing portal crane used in shipyards. A special hoisting wire rope overrunning device is designed without increasing the power of the luffing mechanism and hoisting mechanism or modifying the luffing mechanism and hoisting mechanism. The hoisting wire rope with overrunning function is used to lift the boom so that the hoisting mechanism replaces the luffing mechanism to lower the boom down to the ground. This ensures rapid maintenance of pulley on the top of the boom and higher productivity of ports and terminals. The scheme proves to be feasible and practical.
