摘要
运枕龙门起重机是铺轨机组的重要组成部分,其作用是将轨枕运输平车上的轨枕转运到铺轨机主机的皮带运输机上,保证轨枕铺设工作有条不紊运行。运枕龙门起重机主控系统的开发设计对其工作质量与工作效率有着重要意义。文中将运枕龙门起重机主控系统分为6个模块进行设计,设计出的主控系统可广泛应用于CPG500型铺轨机的运枕龙门起重机中。
The gantry crane for transporting sleepers, an important part of the track-laying machine, is used to transfer the sleepers on the flat car to the belt conveyor of the track-laying machine to ensure smooth sleeper laying. The development and design of the master control system of the gantry crane are of great significance to the crane＇s working quality and efficiency. The master control system is divided into six modules for design, and the finished system can be widely applied to the gantry crane for CPG500 track- laying machine.
