介绍一种抬吊点距离可调、带有一个170 t主钩、2个可调吊点距离副钩的多功能联合抬吊梁的结构设计,用Solid Works软件建立三维模型,用有限元分析软件进行计算,保证多功能抬吊梁在各种工作状况下具有足够的强度和刚度,满足工程实际使用要求。
The paper introduces the structural design of a multi-functional joint lifting beam capable of adjusting distance between lifting points with a 170 t main hook and 2 auxiliary hooks for adjusting distance between lifting points. The 3D model is established by using SolidWorks software and calculations are conducted by using finite element analysis software to ensure that the lifting beam has sufficient strength and stiffness under various conditions to meet actual engineering needs.
