离心触发式安全锁坠落试验与可靠性分析

摘要 阐述了离心触发式安全锁检验规则和结构可靠性,给出了安全锁可靠性试验方案,通过安全锁测试装置对某厂出产的升降机用LSL30型离心触发式安全锁进行500次坠落试验、静置试验及5次解体试验,探究该类安全锁的可靠程度。试验前后安全锁完好,壳体未发现破损、裂纹等,关键零件磨损正常。 The paper explains the inspection rules and structural reliability of the centrifugally triggered safety lock and presents a reliability test plan. LSL30 centrifugally triggered safety lock for lifts produced by a factory is subject to 500 fall tests, static test and 5 disintegration tests by using safety lock testing device to test its reliability. The safety lock is intact before and after the tests, free from damage and cracks, and critical parts are just normally worn.
