雷达起竖设备结构动力学分析及试验

摘要 基于双侧液压缸式雷达起竖设备运动方程,通过ADAMS动力学仿真得到了该过程中起竖角度与起竖载荷之间的关系。通过对仿真曲线进行分析,确定了起竖过程中载荷边界工况,并在该工况下对结构进行刚强度校核。对雷达起竖过程应力进行测试,经对比分析计算及测试结果,得出结构测试应力与计算应力之间的定量关系。研究结果可为仿真计算结果评估提供参考。 The relation between erecting angle and erecting load in the erecting process is obtained through ADAMS dynamics simulation based on the motion equation of radar erecting equipment with hydraulic cylinder at both sides. Load boundary condition during erection is determined by analyzing the simulation curve, and the structure is checked for stiffness and strength at the condition. The stress during radar erection is tested. The quantitative relationship between tested stress and calculated stress is obtained through comparing calculation and test results. The study results can provide reference for the evaluation of simulation results.
