主梁上拱对小车运行的影响

摘要 在桥式起重机主梁制作时,多数采用腹板下料预制上拱的方式按照二次抛物线或正弦曲线起拱,起拱工艺复杂,材料浪费。基于Matlab分析不同起拱要求的主梁在小车工作行程内的弹性变形曲线,并获取小车在此曲线上的爬坡坡度,理清主梁上拱对小车运行的影响。 At the fabrication of the main girder of bridge crane, the camber is mainly prefabricated by cutting the web along quadratic parabolic or sinusoidal curves. The process is complicated and material-wasting. Elastic deformation curve of the main girder in the working stroke of the trolley under different camber requirements is analyzed based on Matlab, and climbing slope of the trolley on this curve is obtained. All of this makes the influence of the main girder camber on trolley operation clear.
