斗轮取料机轮斗在经过多年使用后存在着变形、磨损的问题,分析原因并提出解决方案,选取取料机进行改进试验,解决了取料机的设备故障问题,保障了安全生产。
After years of service, the wheel bucket of bucket wheel reclaimer appears deformed and worn. The paper explores the reasons behind deformation and wear and proposes corresponding solutions. Reclaimers are selected for improvement tests. Failure problem of the reclaimer is solved and safety production is no longer a problem.
