从复合型人才培养到“全人”教育——对我国外语人才培养的再思考 被引量:56

摘要 我国复合型外语人才培养的改革与实践历史悠久,成绩显著,但同时也暴露出一些问题。本文在回顾复合型外语人才培养发展历程的基础上,详细阐述了现阶段复合型外语人才培养面临的问题与挑战,并提出了一些思考和建议。围绕解决"外语专业为谁培养人才""培养什么样的外语专业人才""怎样培养外语专业人才"这三个根本问题,我们主张在外语专业人才培养中实施"全人"教育,提出培育创新型外语专业"全人"的目标,尝试构建"通德通识、博雅精专"的外语专业"全人"培养模式。为此,需要从教育理念、课程体系、教学资源、实践平台和评价体系等维度进行外语专业人才培养模式改革,建立健全人才质量监控长效机制。 The reform and practice of cultivating compound foreign language talents in China has a long history and has made remarkable achievements, but it also exposes some problems in the meantime. Based on a review of the development of cultivating compound foreign language talents, the authors elaborate on the problems and challenges facing the cultivation of compound foreign language talents at the present stage, and then put forward some reflections and suggestions. The three fundamental questions deeply concerned in this paper are: to whom we cultivate foreign language talents? what kind of foreign language talents should be cultivated? and how to cultivate them? Guided by these fundamental questions, the authors advocate that holistic education should be carried out. The ultimate goal of holistic education is to cultivate innovative "whole person" in foreign language majors. In order to achieve this goal, the authors have urged a complete reform of foreign language talents cultivation in the following perspectives: educational philosophy, curriculum system, teaching resources, practice platform, evaluation system, and assessment mechanism, and so on.
