摘要
目的研制带有按压深度和按压速度闭环控制的心肺复苏胸外按压装置,以提高胸外按压质量。方法构建心肺复苏胸外按压装置,高压氧气作为动力,通过电磁阀和比例阀控制气缸运动,实现按压动作。控制部分采用上下位机结构,下位机按上位机发来的参数产生控制波形,采集按压参数,并通过Can总线发送到上位机;上位机能设置多种按压模式,能对下位机采集的按压参数进行分析和处理,通过模糊PID算法生成新的按压参数,从而实现按压深度和速度的闭环控制。结果该心肺复苏胸外按压装置支持多种按压模式,可设置不同的按压频率、按压放松比、按压深度和按压速度等,按压深度精度达到1 mm。结论该心肺复苏胸外按压装置按照设置的按压模式实现了按压深度和速度的闭环控制。
Objective To develop a chest compression device for cardiopulmonary resuscitation withclosed-loop control of compression depth and compression speed to improve the quality of chestcompressions. Methods A chest compression device for cardiopulmonary resuscitation was constructed.High-pressure oxygen was used as the power. The cylinder motion was controlled by a solenoid valve anda proportional valve to achieve the pressing action. The control part adopts the structure of the upper andlower position machines. The lower machine generates the control waveform according to the parameterssent by the upper computer,collects the pressing parameters,and sends them to the upper computerthrough the CAN bus;the upper computer can set various pressing modes,and can analyze theparameters collected by the lower machine,generate new pressing parameters through fuzzy PIDalgorithm,thus realize closed-loop control of pressing depth and speed. Results The CPR chestcompression device supports a variety of compression modes. Different compression frequencies,compression/relaxation ratios,compression depths,and compression speeds can be set. The compressiondepth accuracy is 1 mm. Conclusion This CPR chest compression device achieves closed-loop controlof compression depth and speed according to the set compression mode.
