外固定支架联合VSD负压引流术治疗Gustilo Ⅲ型下肢骨折的疗效

Clinical effect of external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage in patients with Gustilo type Ⅲ fracture of lower limb

目的分析外固定支架联合VSD负压引流术治疗GustiloⅢ型下肢骨折的疗效。方法选择本院收治的80例GustiloⅢ型下肢骨折患者为研究对象,随机分成A组和B组,每组40例患者。A组患者行外固定支架联合负压VSD引流术治疗,B组患者行外固定支架治疗,对比两组患者的临床效果。结果 A组患者的手术时间、住院时间、骨折愈合时间、创面恢复时间均明显短于B组(P<0.05)。A组患者骨折愈合的优良率为87.50%;B组患者骨折愈合的优良率为62.50%。A组患者的并发症发生率为12.5%,B组患者为45%,组间比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论利用外固定支架联合VSD负压引流技术可以有效治疗GustiloⅢ型下肢骨折,不仅能够缩短患者住院时间,加快其骨折愈合,且患肢功能恢复较好,并发症少。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of external fixation combined with vacuumsealing drainage in the treatment of Gustilo type Ⅲ fracture of lower limb. Methods Eighty cases of pa-tients with Gustilo type Ⅲ fracture of lower limb in our hospital were selected as the research objects. Allthe patients were randomly divided into group A and B,with 40 cases in each group. Patients in thegroup A received external external fixation combined with vacuum sealing drainage,while patients in thegroup B received external fixation. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results Theoperation time,hospital stay,fracture healing time and would healing time were shorter than those of thegroup B（P〈0.05）. The excellent rate of fracture healing of the group A was 87.50%,which was higherthan 62.50% of group B（P〈0.05）. The incidence rate of complications of group A was 12.5%,whichwas lower than 45% of group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion External fixation combined with vacuum sealingdrainage is effective in the treatment of Gustilo type Ⅲ fracture of lower limb. It can not only shorten thehospitalization time and accelerate the fracture healing,but also has less complication. It is worthy ofwide promotion.
