摘要
基于成年健康男性脊椎腰段CT扫描数据,运用Mimics,Geomagic以及Ansys软件对脊椎腰段进行有限元建模,分析脊椎腰段在压缩、弯曲和扭转荷载作用下的力学行为,验证模型有效性。结果表明:脊椎腰段在压缩荷载作用下有小幅度后仰;在弯曲荷载作用下,椎间盘应力分布较为复杂;在扭转荷载作用下,L1椎体和L2椎体扭转角度相差较大;椎间盘是椎体大幅度活动的基础。
Based on the adult healthy male spinal lumbar CT scan data,finite element modeling of lumbar spine was carried out by Mimics,Geomagic and Ansys software,analyzing the mechanical behavior of the lumbar spine under compression,bending and torsion and verifying validity of the model. The results show that the spinal lumbar segments slightly lean backward under compressive loading; The intervertebral disc stress distribution is complex under bending load; The torsion angles of the L1 vertebral body and the L2 vertebral body vary greatly under torsional loading; The intervertebral disc is the basis of substantial movement of the vertebral body.
