摘要 目的探讨基于Benner理论多途径联合的护理人员分层培训及考核模式的有效性。方法依据Benner理论结合我院护士特点,制定护士分级管理原则,根据护士分级管理原则制定分层培训考核方案并结合多途径落实。结果基于Benner理论多途径联合的护理人员分层培训及考核模式提高了护士理论及技能水平,提高了患者满意度。结论基于Benner理论多途径联合的护理人员分层培训及考核方案有效可行,可提高护士理论及技能水平,提高患者满意度,优化护理人力资源,促进临床护理工作发展。 Objective To study the effect of the hierarchical training and assessment scheme of nurses combining with a variety of way based on Benner's theory. Methods We formulated the principle of grading management for nurses based on the Benner's theory combing with the characteristics of the nurses in our hospital, we formulated the hierarchical training and assessment scheme according to the principle of the grading management of nurses and implemented it with a variety of way. Results Based on the Benner's theory combing with a variety of way the hierarchical training and assessment scheme improved nurses' theory and skill level, improved patient satisfaction. Conclusion The implementation of the hierarchical training and assessment scheme of nurses based on the Benner's theory combing with a variety of way is effective and feasible, which can improve the level theory and skills of nurses and patient satisfaction, optimize the nursing human resources, promote the development of clinical nursing work.
