SP在消化内科住院医师规范化培训出科考核中的应用

Application of Standardized Patients in the Department Rotation Examination of Gastroenterology for the Standardized Training of Residents

目的探讨标准化病人(SP)在消化内科住院医师出科考核中应用的可行性。方法选择2016年9月—2017年9月在苏州大学附属第一医院消化科轮转出科的住院医师60人作为研究对象。将其分为两组,分别设为对照组(即传统考核组)30人,SP组30人。考核结束后,比较两组学生的成绩。结果 SP组学员考核成绩(74.370±3.560)分,低于传统考核组的(79.420±3.424)分,两组数据对比,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。SP组学生医患沟通考核成绩为(12.800±1.014)分,高于传统考核组的(12.200±1.141)分,两组数据对比,差异具有显著统计学意义(P<0.001)。结论标准化病人考核模式可尝试应用于出科考核过程中,可有效提高学员对常见疾病病种的诊治能力的重视度。

Objective To explore the feasibility of applying standardized patients in the department rotation examination of gastroenterology for the standardized training of residents. Methods A total of 60 residents come from the First Hospital Affiliated to Soochow University were chosen for standardized patients teaching in the department rotation examination of gastroenterology from September 2016 to September 2017. One group was set to ＂traditional examining group＂（n =30）, the other was ＂SP examining group＂（n =30）. The traditional examining method and the SP examining method were adopted respectively. After the examination, the results of the two groups were compared. Results The examination results of group SP were（74.370±3.560） scores, which were lower than that of the traditional assessment group（79.420±3.424） scores. The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.001）. The scores of patient communication assessment in group SP were（12.800±1.014） scores, which were higher than those of the traditional assessment group（12.200±1.141） scores. The difference between the two groups was significant（P〈0.001）. Conclusion The standardized patients examining mode could be tried to apply in the department rotation examination, SP had feasibility in clinical practice teaching of obstetrics and gynecology department. It can effectively improve the students＇ attention to the diagnosis and treatment of common diseases.
