摘要
目的观察代谢综合(MS)对原发性高血压患者晨峰血压及动脉硬化指数(AASI)的影响。方法选择61例原发性高血压患者作为研究对象。根据存在MS情况,将其分为伴MS高血压组(30例)和单纯高血压组(31例)。两组患者均进行24小时动态血压(ABP)监测,比较两组患者的晨峰血压和AASI。结果 A组腹围、FPG、TG、HDL-C高于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);24 h SBP、d SBP、n SBP、AASI、晨峰血压高于B组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且AASI与24 h SBP、d SBP、n SBP、腹围、TG、FPG呈显著正相关。晨峰血压与腹围、TG、FPG呈正相关。结论原发性高血压合并代谢综合征患者晨峰血压及AASI明显高于原发性高血压患者,且晨峰血压及AASI与MS相关因素呈正相关。推测降低合并MS高血压患者晨峰血压,控制代谢综合征相关因素,对降低高血压患者心脑靶器官损害有一定预防作用。
Objective To observe the effect of metabolic synthesis(MS) on morning peak blood pressure and atherosclerosis index(AASI) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods 61 cases of patients with primary hypertension were selected as the study objects, according to the presence of MS, with MS hypertension group(30 cases) and simple hypertension group(31 cases). Two groups of patients underwent 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure(ABP) monitoring, comparing the morning peak blood pressure and AASI in the two groups. Results FPG, TG and hdl-c were significantly higher than group B, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.01). 24 h SBP, d SBP, n SBP, AASI, and morning peak blood pressure were higher than group B, the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05), and AASI was significantly positively correlated with 24 h SBP, d SBP, n SBP, peritoneal, TG and FPG. Morning peak blood pressure was positively correlated with abdominal circumference, TG and FPG. Conclusion The morning peak blood pressure and AASI in patients with essential hypertension complicated with metabolic syndrome were significantly higher than those with essential hypertension, and the morning peak blood pressure and AASI were positively correlated with the related factors of MS. It is speculated that lowering the morning peak blood pressure and controlling the related factors of metabolic syndrome in patients with MS hypertension can prevent the damage of the heart and brain target organs in patients with hypertension.
