金天格胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗激素性骨质疏松症的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Jintiange Capsules Combined With Alendronate Sodium in the Treatment of Glucocorticoid Induced Osteoporosis

目的观察金天格胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗糖皮质激素性骨质疏松症的临床疗效。方法选取2014年1月—2015年12月在我院骨科进行治疗的104例糖皮质激素性骨质疏松患者作为研究对象。将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各52例。观察组采用金天格胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠治疗,对照组仅采用阿仑膦酸钠治疗。比较两组患者用药前后的临床症状、骨密度、血钙、血磷、碱性磷酸酶和不良反应情况。结果治疗后,两组患者腰膝酸软、腰背疼痛、下肢疼痛、下肢痿弱、步履艰难评分均低于治疗前,且治疗后观察组上述评分均低于对照组;治疗后,观察组患者的股骨和腰椎各处骨密度值均高于治疗前,对照组治疗后除股骨粗隆外,其余各处骨密度均高于且治疗前;治疗后,观察组骨密度值高于对照组;观察组治疗后血钙值高于治疗前,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论金天格胶囊联合阿仑膦酸钠能有效改善激素性骨质疏松症所致临床症状,增加骨密度,提高血钙值,疗效安全可靠。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jintiange capsules combined with alendronate sodium in the treatment of glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis. Methods 104 cases of glucocorticoid induced osteoporosis in our department of orthopedics from January 2014 to December 2015 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 52 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Jintian capsule combined with alendronate. The control group was treated with alendronate only. The clinical symptoms, bone mineral density, blood calcium, blood phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, the two groups were lower in waist and knee pain, lower back pain, lower limb pain, lower limb flaccid and walking difficulty scores than before treatment. After treatment, the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group. After treatment, the BMD values of the femur and lumbar vertebrae in the observation group were all higher than those before treatment. After treatment, except for femoral trochanter, the bone mineral density of the control group was higher than that before treatment. After treatment, the bone mineral density of the observation group was higher than that of the control group. The calcium value of the observation group after treatment was higher than that before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The combination of Jintian Ge capsule and alendronate can effectively improve the clinical symptoms caused by steroid osteoporosis, increase the bone density and increase the value of blood calcium, and the curative effect is safe and reliable.
