摘要
本文旨在研究不同营养水平日粮添加包被有机酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、养分消化率及粪便有害气体含量的影响。试验选择720头健康、体重一致[(6.55±0.47)kg]的(28±1)d杜洛克×长白×大白断奶仔猪随机分为6组,每组6个重复,每个重复20头猪。采用2(高营养水平和低营养水平)×3(0、0.1%和0.2%包被有机酸)多因子设计试验,试验共进行42 d。结果显示,日粮添加0.2%包被有机酸较其他各组显著提高了断奶仔猪42 d平均日增重(P<0.05);高营养水平日粮组较低营养水平日粮组显著提高了试验全期断奶仔猪平均日增重(P<0.05),但添加0.1%和0.2%有机酸较其他各组显著提高了平均日采食量(P<0.05);在试验1~21 d,22~42 d及1~42 d,高营养水平组断奶仔猪饲料报酬均显著高于低营养水平组(P<0.05);日粮营养水平与有机酸对断奶仔猪各阶段生长性能的影响均无显著交互效应(P>0.05)。日粮添加0.2%包被有机酸较其他各组显著提高了断奶仔猪21 d干物质和总能的表观消化率(P<0.05);高营养水平组断奶仔猪42 d总能的表观消化率显著高于低营养水平组(P<0.05)。日粮营养水平和包被有机酸对粪中有害气体含量的影响均无显著的交互效应(P>0.05)。日粮添加0.2%包被有机酸较其他各组显著提高断奶仔猪42 d粪中乳酸杆菌的含量(P<0.05),显著降低断奶仔猪21 d粪中大肠杆菌的含量(P<0.05)。结果提示,在本试验条件下,日粮添加包被有机酸可以提高断奶仔猪的生长性能、营养物质消化率及粪中乳酸杆菌的数量。高营养水平较低营养水平日粮提高断奶仔猪生长性能和营养物质消化率。其中日粮添加0.2%包被有机酸对断奶仔猪生长性能和养分利用率优于日粮添加0.1%的包被有机酸。
The present study was conducted to investigate the effect of different density diets supplementation of coated organic acid on growth performance,nutrient digestibility and fecal noxious gas emission of weaning pigs. A total of 720 Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire weaning piglets,(28±1)d,were randomly allocated into the 6 groups with 6 replicates of 20 pigs. The diets were designed as 2(high density and low density diets)×3(0,0.1% and 0.2% coated organic acid)factors,the trial lasted 42 d. Results showed that the inclusion of 0.2% organic acid in the diet improved(P 〈0.05)the during day 42. During the overall experimental average daily weight gain period,the average daily weight gain was higher(P 〈0.05)in pigs fed high density diet than low density diet as well as in organic acid supplemented diet,but average daily feed intake was significantly improved(P 〈0.05)only in diet supplemented with 0.1 and 0.2% organic acid than non-supplemented diet. No interactive effects between organic acid and diet density were observed in the growth performance parameters(P 〉0.05). A higher(P 〈0.05)apparent digestibility of dry matter and energy digestibility was observed in pigs fed 0.2% organic acid supplemented diet during 21 d compared with control. The apparent digestibility of energy was higher(P 〈0.05)in pigs fed high density than low density diet during 42 d. The fecal noxious gases emission were not affected(P 〉0.05)either by diet density or by organic acid supplementation,and no interactive effects were observed. The supplementation of 0.2% organic acid in the diet reduced fecal E.coli during 21 d and increased Lactobacillus counts during 42 d. In conclusion,coated organic acid supplementation improved growth performance,nutrient digestibility and fecal Lactobacillus counts.The high density diets showed better growth performance and nutrient digestibility compared with low density diets,and the appropriate level of coated organic acid in diet for weaning pigs was 0.2%.
