基于ANSYS Workbench的开关磁阻电机定子振动分析 被引量:2

摘要 建立了计及散热筋、电机壳和端盖的开关磁阻电机(Switched Reluctance Motor,SRM)定子的有限元模型,应用ANSYS Workbench软件对其进行模态分析,比较了不计及端盖和计及端盖的定子对应模态振型的固有频率。结果表明,计及端盖的SRM定子的低阶模态固有频率相比不计及端盖时明显升高,端盖对SRM定子振动的固有频率有很大的影响,在电机噪声抑制的分析研究中,是不容忽略的重要因素。 The finite element model of SRM stator including cooling fin,motor enclosure and endshield is built to carry on the modal analysis with ANSYS Workbench software. The natural frequencies of SRM stator excluding the endshield is compared with the corresponding modal shapes of the SRM stator including the endshield. The results show that the lower rank natural frequencies of SRM stator including the endshield are increased compared with those of the SRM stator including the endshield. The motor endshield has a significant effect on the natural frequencies of the SRM stator which can not be ignored in the study of motor noise.
