大学生创业失败及其连续创业形成机制的扎根理论研究

The Grounded Theory Study of College Students' Entrepreneurial Failure and the Formation Mechanism of Continuous Entrepreneurship

在"大众创业,万众创新"背景下,大学生中出现了越来越多的自主创业者,然而大学生创业实践的失败率居高不下,因此以安徽汇品商贸有限公司为案例研究对象,应用扎根理论的研究方法考察和分析汇品商贸创业失败、从创业失败中学习及连续创业的动态过程,构建了"正确认识创业失败——创业失败管理——创业失败学习——后续创业意向——连续创业"的修正模型,丰富了创业失败研究的理论体系,启示大学生创业者应该正确认识创业失败,当遭遇失败后应该通过创业失败管理和创业失败学习,将其转化成为助力后续创业的有效资源。

Under the background of ＂public entrepreneurship and innovation＂,there are more and more independent entrepreneurs in college. However,the failure rate of college students＇ entrepreneurial practice is high. Therefore,Anhui Hui Pin Shang Mao enterprise is used as the research object. This paper analyzes the dynamic process of the failure of the business,learning from the entrepreneurial failure and continuous entrepreneurial with grounded theory method. Based on that,this paper provides a revised model,＂First comes recognizing the reasons for failure of entrepreneurship. Next comes managing entrepreneurial failure. Then comes learning from entrepreneurial failure. And finally continuous entrepreneurship is formed. ＂The results enrich the theory system of entrepreneurial failure study. It enlightens college student entrepreneurs that they should recognize the failure of entrepreneurship correctly and transform the failure into a resource by managing and learning from failure that can contribute to their follow-up business.
