摘要 [目的]建立同时测定龙眼叶提取物中杨梅苷、紫云英苷和杨梅素含量的HPLC法。[方法]Hypersil ODS-C_(18)(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),乙腈-0.15%甲酸水(29∶71)等度洗脱,检测波长355 nm,流速1 mL/min,柱温35℃。[结果]杨梅苷、紫云英苷和杨梅素分别在6.74~269.6 mg/L、7.183~287.3 mg/L和3.07~122.8 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.43%、98.38%和97.33%。[结论]该方法准确、可靠,重复性好,可用于龙眼叶提取物的质量评价与控制标准。 [Objective]To establish a HPLC method for sinmltaneous determination of the content of myricitrin, astragulin and myrieetin in leaf extract of Dimocarpus longan Lour. [Methods]The HPLC analysis was carried out on Hypersil ODSC18 eolunm (5 μm, 4.6 mm×250 mm) with acetonitrile-0.15% formic acid solution (29 : 71) as the mobile phase for isocraticelution at a flow rate of 1 mL/nlin. The detection wavelength was 355 nm and the eolunm temperature was 35 ℃. [Results]Good linear relationship were found in the the range of 6.74 - 269.6 mg/L for myricitrin, 7. 183 - 287.3 mg/L for astragulin, 3.07 122.8 mg/L for myricetin. Their average recoveries were 98.43%, 98.38% and 97.33%, respectively. [Conclusion] The method is accurate, reliable, and can be used for the quality control and evaluation of leaf extract of Dimocarpus longan Lour.
