摘要
随着智慧园区的大力发展,园区内运维管理阶段需消耗大量人力物力财力的缺点也逐渐显现。BIM作为建筑信息管理模型,在运维阶段引入该技术可大大减少运维管理的消耗及成本。本文通过阅读相关文献总结了将BIM应用于智慧园区运维管理的五种新技术,分析其优劣并呈现了集成后的场景。最后提出该领域现存的问题,为BIM在智慧园区中的运维管理应用研究提供了方向。
With the vigorous development of smart park, disadvantages of consuming large amounts of manpower, materials and financial resources in the stage of operation maintenance at park have gradually emerged. The introduction of BIM ( Building Information Model ) technology into opera- tion maintenance stage can greatly reduce consumption and cost in operation maintenance manage- ment. The article studies relevant research papers to find out five kinds of new technologies applied with BIM for smart park operation maintenance management and analyzes their advantages and disad- vantages and integrated situation. At the end of this paper, the existing problems in this field are pro- posed and the author puts forward direction for future BIM application for operation maintenance man- agement at smart park.
