上海市公共机构合理用能指南在公共建筑节能领域的应用研究

Application Study of Rational Energy Consumption Guidelines of Shanghai Public Institute Public in Building Energy Saving Field

2011年以来,上海市机管局联合市发革委等多家单位制订、完善了上海市公共机构办公建筑合理用能指南体系,有力推动公共机构节能,提高公共机构能源利用率。文章分析了《指南》的特点、应用情况,揭示了贯彻执行《指南》中存在的问题及原因,并提出了有关建议,为进一步完善《指南》、发挥《指南》作用有一定的启示。

Since 2011 Shanghai government and institute manage- ment bureau united municipal reform and development committee to draw rational energy consumption guidelines of Shanghai public institute build- ing in order to promote public institute energy saving and improve public institute energy using rate. The article analyzes characteristics and appli- cation situation of guidelines and proposes existing problems, reasons and suggestions of implementing guidelines to perfect guidelines and function guidelines as enlightenment.
