Technology Research and Application of Plate Type Wet Electrostatic Precipitator System

基于严峻的大气环境形势,国家对燃煤电厂烟尘排放浓度提出了新标准。燃煤电厂烟气作为大气环境污染治理重点之一,地方新出台的排放标准更是要求烟尘排放浓度达到≤5mg/Nm^3。由于湿式电除尘器能有效解决湿法脱硫带来的石膏雨、蓝烟问题,并且对微细粉尘、酸雾、重金属等多种污染物有良好的脱除效果,因此其已成为燃煤电厂实现超低排放、治理PM2.5的的首选方法。

Based on severe atmospheric environment situation, government has put forward new standard about smoke and dust emission concentration for coal-fired power plant, which means coal-fired power plant is one of atmospheric environment pollution control emphasis enterprises. Local newly-set standard emission concentration requires ≤5mg/Nm3. Due to gypsum rain, blue smoke, fine dust, acid fog and heavy metal particles control by wet electrostatic precipitator wet desulphurization, wet electrostatic precipitator is effective weapon to realize ultra-low emission and control PM2.5 for coal-fired power plant.
