摘要
以共聚聚丙烯(PP)和20wt%滑石粉为基体树脂,添加不同重量比的聚烯烃弹性体(POE)和线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)作为增韧材料,采用双螺杆造粒工艺制备高韧PP复合材料。采用控制变量的方法,分析了POE和LLDPE含量对PP复合材料力学性能和流动性的影响,并进一步研究了POE和LLDPE协同作用对PP复合材料的影响。结果表明,单独使用POE或LLDPE具有增韧效果,POE增韧效果显著,同时单独添加POE时流动性较单独添加LLDPE下降幅度低;POE和LLDPE同时使用时,具有协同增韧效果,添加比例为8wt%POE和2wt%LLDPE效果最好。
Prepared high toughness with twin-screw granulating process by using copolymerization polypropylene( PP)and 20 wt% talcum powder as main basic material and adding different weight percentage of polyolefin elastomer( POE)and linear low density polyethylene( LLDPE) as toughening materials. The effects of POE and LLDPE content on the mechanical properties and fluidity of PP composites were analyzed by using the control variables and the effect of the synergism of POE and LLDPE on the PP composite was further studied. The result show that whatever POE or LLDPE has the effect of toughening alone,POE toughening effect is remarkable.When adding POE alone,the fluidity is lower.When POE and LLDPE were used together,they had synergistic toughening effect. The addition ratio of 8 wt% POE and2 wt% LLDPE was the best.
