摘要
随着科学技术的快速发展,自动化电气控制系统也不断革新。传统的电气控制安装主要通过电气连接线进行连接,在一定程度上损耗了太多的人力和物力,也加大了线路维修工作人员的工作量,无法确保电气自动化控制的运行质量。当所需连接线路的间距过长且繁杂时,电气自动化控制系统在安设和调试上也会变得特别困难,这对系统维修来说是非常不利的。为了满足工业自动化的发展需要,人们根据PLC技术对自动化电气控制系统进行拓展,以解决传统电气自动化控制中存在的缺陷。分析了基于PLC的自动化电气控制存在的问题,探讨基于PLC的自动化电气控制,提出了改进建议。
With the rapid development of science and technology,the automatic electrical control system is also constantly innovating. The traditional electrical control installation is mainly connected through electrical connection line. To a certain extent,it consumes too much manpower and material resources. It also increases the workload of the line maintenance staff and cannot ensure the operation quality of the electrical automation control. When the distance between the required connection lines is too long and complicated,the electrical automation control system will also be particularly difficult to install and debug,which is very unfavorable for system maintenance. In order to meet the needs of the development of industrial automation,people expand the automation electrical control system based on PLC technology to solve the defects in traditional electrical automation control. The problems of PLC-based automatic electrical control are analyzed, and the automatic electrical control based on PLC is discussed. Suggestions for improvement are put forward.
