摘要
多齿型定子的开关磁通永磁电机是一种新型的双凸极的电机,具有结构简单、性能稳定等特点,在现代电机产生活动中的应用,能显著提升设备的运行效率,增大转矩的密度点,在实践中的应用已经越来越趋向成熟。对该永磁体嵌入式的定子齿内的开关磁通永磁的结构及总体设计进行研究,阐述该电机设计在结构上的进化,对电机的运行原理进行仿真试验。通过磁路和电路基本方程、磁链方程的仿真计算,推出相关的仿真模型,提出针对性的设计建议和要求,提升机电总体结构设计的水平。
The switched flux permanent magnet motor with multi tooth stator is a new type of doubly salient motor. It has the characteristics of simple structure,stable performance and so on. It can improve the operation efficiency of the equipment and increase the density point of torque. The application in practice has become more and more mature. The structure and overall design of the switched magnetic flux permanent magnet embedded in the permanent magnet of the permanent magnet are studied. The evolution of the motor design in the structure is expounded,and the simulation test of the operating principle of the motor is carried out. Through the simulation calculation of the basic equations of magnetic circuit and circuit and the equation of magnetic chain,the relevant simulation models are introduced,and the pertinent design suggestions and requirements are put forward to improve the level of the mechanical and electrical overall structure design.
