矿井π梁支护方式探讨

Discussion on supporting method of π-beam in mine

主要研究二梁五柱系列、二梁四柱系列、支护的特点以及优缺点、适用条件、π梁移支的操作、背顶方式及操作顺序。根据煤矿煤层顶板条件多样性特点,应采用系统、规范的π梁支护方式。在已用的几种π梁支护方式中,不同程度地存在着一些问题,有必要进行规范和提高支护方式。

This paper mainly studies the characteristics of the two-beam five-column series,the two-beam four-column series,the support, the advantages and disadvantages, the applicable conditions, the operation of the π-beam movement,the back-top method,and the operation sequence. According to the diversity of coal seam roof conditions,systematic and standard π beam support methods should be used. Among the several π beam support methods used,there are some problems to some extent,and it is necessary to standardize and improve the support methods.
