The quality problem is the core of the construction of waterway engineering. Managing the quality in the waterway project is the key to ensure its normal operation. Starting from the status quo of water transport engineering construction,the system analyzes the factors and characteristics affecting the management quality of water conservancy projects,and proposes that the construction of water transport projects should strengthen the viewpoint of the whole process of quality management and strengthen the main measures for the quality management of water transport projects.
