摘要
煤矿企业井下辅助运输工具对生产能力一般有很大制约因素,防爆型胶轮无轨自行矿车解决了这个问题,不仅大大提高了生产效率,而且减少了人员伤亡等矿井安全事故。通过搜集、查阅相关煤安标准及要求,确定了防爆型胶轮无轨自行矿车的工作环境及整车结构设计方案;对主要部件进行牵引匹配的计算,并对计算结果进行分析。
The auxiliary transportation tools in the underground of coal mining enterprises generally have very great constraints on the production capacity. The explosion-proof rubber wheel trackless miner solves this problem, which not only improves production efficiency greatly, but also reduces mine safety accidents such as casualties. Through collecting and consulting relevant coal safety standards and requirements, the working environment and structure design scheme of explosion-proof rubber wheel trackless self-propelled miner are determined, and the traction matching calculation of main parts is carried out, and the calculation results are analyzed.
