近年来,在配电网工程建设井喷式涌现的同时,工程项目全寿命周期管理特别是工程造价的管控问题逐渐凸显。通过分解配电网工程全寿命周期各阶段,分析影响造价偏差的主要因素,提出应对措施,加强造价管控,节约建设成本,提升资金利用率和企业经济效益,促进配电网建设更好更快发展。

In recent years, in the distribution network construction blowout emerging, at the same time, the project life cycle management, especially the project cost control problems are becoming increasingly prominent. This paper will decompose all stages of the whole life cycle of the distribution network, analyze the main factors that affect the cost deviation, put forward the countermeasures, strengthen the cost management and control, save the construction cost,improve the utilization rate of capital and the economic benefit of the enterprise, and promote the construction of the distribution network better and faster development.
