我国每年产出的科技成果数量巨大,但转化率并不理想。就此从影响科技成果转化的7个因素即评价机制、政策导向、激励机制、科技成果与市场契合度、科技成果转化所需的中介服务机构和人才、科技成果在工业企业推广应用的障碍等方面对科技成果转化率低的原因进行了分析,并提出建议以供参考。

The number of scientific and technological achievements produced each year in China is huge, but the conversion rate is not ideal. Therefore, from the seven factors that affect the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, namely, evaluation mechanism, policy orientation, incentive mechanism, the degree of conformity between scientific and technological achievements and the market, the intermediary service institutions and talents needed for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, In this paper, the reasons for the low conversion rate of scientific and technological achievements in industrial enterprises are analyzed, and some suggestions are put forward for reference.
