安徽省科技创新效率及其与经济发展耦合协调性判断

Technology Innovation Efficiency in Anhui Province and Its Coupling Coordination with Economic Development

以2011-2015年数据为样本,采用DEA方法测算了安徽省16个地区的技术效率和规模效率,运用耦合协调系数评价了不同地区科技创新效率与经济发展的耦合协调程度。数据结果表明:安徽省平均科技创新效率达到0.8以上,但科技创新与经济发展两个子系统的耦合协调度较低,二者之间没有很好地相互融合和彼此促进。

Taking 2011-2015 years data as samples,the technical efficiency and scale efficiency of 16 regions were calculated with DEA in Anhui province in the paper,and the coupling coordinations between technological innovation efficiency and economic development were evaluated by coupling coordination coefficient. The data show that the average efficiency of science and technology innovation in Anhui province is more than 0. 8,but the coupling degree between technological innovation and economic development is relatively low,and there is no good integration and mutual promotion between them.
