以目前宅基地流转制度存在的弊端为研究视角,对宅基地流转制度障碍进行了分析,提出在我国当前宅基地使用权制度环境下,要真正实现农村宅基地使用权的自由流转,就需要打破现行法律法规的束缚,结合时代发展制定出一套严谨科学的宅基地使用权流转制度体系。

Based on the disadvantages of the current system of residential land transfer,it analyzed the obstacles of the system in this paper for the residential land transfer,and put forward that,in order to realize the free transfer of rural residential land use right,it is necessary to break the current legal and regulatory constraints and make a rigorous scientific system basing of the use right transfer in the light of the development of the times.
