以深度推进蚌埠文明城市建设为研究视角,就文化对文明城市建设的渗透、融合问题加以分析,提出要运用"文化+"理念,发挥其助推作用,通过文化提升城市认同感、以文化滋养城市文明、以文化增强文明城市建设自信、以文化融合塑造文明城市特色、以文化创新拉高文明城市建设标杆,从而有效助推蚌埠文明城市建设的整体提升。

On the perspective of promoting the depth of Bengbu city civilization construction,it analyzed the problem of infiltration and culture in this paper to the construction of civilized city fusion and proposed to use ＂ Culture ＋ ＂ concept,and to make its role,through the cultural identity,to promote the city culture,city civilization to enhance cultural self-confidence,to the cultural construction of civilized city fusion characteristics,shaping the civilized city with culture innovation high civilizedcity construction benchmark,so as to enhance the overall construction of city civilization boost of Bengbu effectively.
