摘要
试验采用高效液相色谱法测定苹果、香梨、柠檬、橙子中灭多威、三羟基克百威、涕灭威、速灭威、克百威、甲萘威、异丙威、仲丁威8种氨基甲酸酯类农药的残留量。通过对农药提取剂、流动相进行比较选择,采用乙腈提取,SPE小柱净化,以甲醇与水作为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温50℃,检测波长220 nm。按照3个不同浓度(0.05、0.10、0.20 mg/kg)向水果中加入8种氨基甲酸酯农药开展回收率试验。结果表明,8种农药的回收率处于71.4%~95.3%之间,RSD≤10%。
The residues of 8 kinds of carbamate pesticides in apple,fragrant pear,lemon and orange were determined by HPLC method that included methomyl,three hydroxyl carbofuran,aldicarb,metolcarb,carbofuran,carbaryl,isoprocarb,fenobucarb.Through comparative selection of pesticide extraction agents and mobile phase,by acetonitrile extraction and SPE column purification,methanol and water were used as mobile phase for gradient elution,the column temperature was 50 ℃,the detection wavelength was 220 nm.According to 3 different concentrations(0.05 mg/kg,0.10 mg/kg,0.20 mg/kg),8 kinds of carbamate pesticides were added to fruits,and the recovery experiments were carried out.The results showed that the recovery rate of 8 kinds of pesticides was between 71.4%~95.3% and RSD ≤10%.
