不同生长调节剂处理对海南油茶扦插效果的影响 被引量:8

Effects of Different Growth Regulators on Camellia oleifera Cuttings in Hainan

摘要 研究了不同生长调节剂ABT-1号生根粉、ABT-3号生根粉、萘乙酸(NNA)、美兰生根粉和国光生根粉对海南油茶插穗扦插效果的影响,以筛选出提高海南油茶扦插成活率和生根率的适宜生根剂浓度。结果表明,不同生长调节剂处理对海南油茶扦插效果的影响明显,在5种供试的生根粉中,除生根率外,其他各指标均高于清水对照,以国光生根粉效果最好,其次是ABT-3号和美兰生根粉;ABT-1号、NAA效果最差;不同处理浓度的生根粉对海南油茶的扦插生根效果也明显不同,综合分析生根率及愈伤组织产生率等指标,认为国光生根粉600倍液处理效果最优,生根率达53.33%(对照为0);其次是国光生根粉900倍液及美兰生根粉50倍液,生根率为40%;而1.0 g/L NAA、国光300倍液及0.125 g/L ABT-1号处理不生根,效果较差;另外,对处理插穗愈伤组织产生部位进行统计分析表明,海南油茶生根方式为混合生根型。 In order to obtain the optimum rooting agent concentration,the effects of different growth regulators such as ABT-1,ABT-3,NNA,Meilan rooting powder and Guoguang rooting powder on Camellia oleifera cuttings in Hainan were studied.The results showed that the effect of different growth regulators on cuttings was different,except the rooting rate,the other indexes were higher than the control.The effect of Guoguang rooting powder was the best,followed by ABT-3 and Meilan rooting powder,the effect of ABT-1 and NNA was the worst.The effect of different growth regulators concentration on rooting of Camellia oleifera cuttings was also different,based on the comprehensive analysis of rooting rate and callus production rate,the results showed that Guoguang 600 times solution treatment was the best,the rooting rate was 53.33%(control 0),followed by Guoguang 900 times solution and Meilan 50 times solution(the rooting rate was 40%),while 1.0 g/L NAA,Guoguang 300 times solution and 0.125 g/L ABT-1 did not take root.And the rooting mode of Camellia oleifera in Hainan was mixed rooting.
